Guidelines for Maintenance of Livestock 

• Feed with fresh or preserved fodder from designated areas. 

• Maximum grass silage: 15 kg per day, per cow 

• Corn fodder is not permitted 

Quality of the Raw Milk

• Fat content: minimum 3.45% 

• Protein content: minimum 3.10% 

We collect our milk from the dairy farmers every day. It must then be processed into Stilfser (Stelvio) Cheese within 24 hours
